View request history
View the history of a request to see its update and action history. The request history shows what updates were made to the request, when they were made, and the user that performed them.
To view the history of a request:
In the web client, open the Requests view.
Display a list of requests by expanding the appropriate node in the navigation pane, for example, Catalog or Inbox.
Select a request in the content pane, and click Open on the toolbar. Or click the request name.
In the Open Request dialog box, select the Action History tab.
