New/Edit Request Filter dialog box
In the New Request Filter dialog box, create a filter for requests. In the Edit Request Filter dialog box, edit an existing filter for requests.
On the General tab, specify general request information to limit the number of requests:

Filter name | Enter the name of the filter. Use up to 32 characters. |
Ignore case | Select this option to ignore the case of text strings. |
Title |
Enter the title of the request. Use up to 80 characters. You can use wildcards:

Product name |
Select or enter the product ID. Maximum length is 10 characters. You can use wildcards. |
Type name | Select or enter the request type. You can use wildcards. |
Status |
Enter the request status. Maximum length is 25 characters. You can use wildcards. |
Originator |
Enter the user ID of the request originator. Maximum length is 25 characters. You can use wildcards. |
Last updated by |
Enter the user ID of the user who last updated the request. Maximum length is 25 characters. You can use wildcards. |
Affected design part |
To view all requests that affect a particular design part, enter the design part specification. Or click the browse button and use the Select Design Part wizard to find the design part. Maximum length is 294 characters. You can use wildcards. |
Request ID |
Enter the request ID. Maximum length is 32 characters. You can use wildcards. |
Created from date1 to date2 |
Specify a date range when the request was created, or click the Calendar button to select dates. Enter dates in the following format: dd-mon-yyyy [hh:mm:ss] |
Updated from date1 to date2 |
Specify a date range when the request was updated, or click the Calendar button to select dates. Enter dates in the following format: dd-mon-yyyy [hh:mm:ss] |
Actioned from date1 to date2 |
Specify a date range when the request was actioned, or click the Calendar button to select dates. Enter dates in the following format: dd-mon-yyyy [hh:mm:ss] |
Owner site | Select a site from the list if you want to list only those requests that are owned by a particular replication site. |
Delegated owner site | Select a site from the list if you want to list only those requests whose ownership has been delegated to a particular replication site. |
After setting the filtering criteria on the General tab, you can select the Attributes tab and specify attribute values by which to filter requests. For details, see Attributes tab/page.
