Export dashboard data
This topic describes how to export widget data and dashboard reports.
Export tasks
Before you export dashboard data, sign in to your tenant and select a project and run. For details, see Sign in and select a run.
Use the following tasks to export dashboard data:

Export a widget. Export a graph image, data table, or transaction summary grid from a widget. For details, see Export a widget.

Export all widgets in a tab. Export all widgets from the current tab to an HTML report. For details, see Export all widgets in a dashboard tab.
Export a widget
Export a widget for reports, or share it with users who do not have dashboard access. Export the data table to analyze or manipulate raw data.
To export the graph as an image file:

Click the widget's Expand View button
. -
In the View menu, select Export graph as image. The file is downloaded in PNG format.
To export the data table:

Click the widget's Expand View button
. -
Click the Export button
in the data table toolbar. -
Select the file format: CSV file or image file.
The file is downloaded.
To export the grid (available for Transaction summary only):

Click the widget's Expand View button
. -
Click the Export button
in the grid toolbar. -
Select Export graph as CSV. The file is downloaded in CSV format.
Export all widgets in a dashboard tab
You can export data from all widgets in the current dashboard tab to an HTML report. By exporting the widget data, you can share the data with others who do not have access to the dashboard, and analyze or manipulate the raw data outside the dashboard environment.
To export all widgets to an HTML report:

Open the dashboard tab that you want to export. Wait for all widgets in the tab to finish loading.

Click the Download report button
. A file containing the dashboard summary and metrics for all widgets in the current tab is downloaded in HTML format.
Note: The following apply.

The Download report button is not available while widgets are loading.
