UI Element | Description |

State |
Indicates if the service call activity is currently enabled or disabled for the rule. Click the on/off icon to change the state. |
Name |
The name of the activity. By default, this is the name of the operation in the called service. Tip: You can edit this field. If you add multiple activities calling the same operation in the same service, give each activity a different name. |
URL | The endpoint location of the called service. |
Agent | Select an existing agent to use for the service call, or click Manage Agents to configure a new agent. |
Timeout | Timeout value for the service call activity in milliseconds. |
Delay after response |
Indicates the amount of time, in milliseconds, to wait after sending a response to the client, before running the activity. Available only for a service call activity that is scheduled for after the response. |
Message Format |
Determines how the data is transported. Binary or text. Available for: JMS, WebSphere MQ |
