Phases

Phases represent the current state of an item. As you work on items, advance them from phase to phase.

Entities can have primary and secondary phase transitions. These transitions are determined by your administrator, who customizes workflows for the various entities. For details, see Workflow.

Change an item's phase

Use the phase switch to change an item's phase.

The switch is available in the item's Details view and in the preview pane when focusing on a grid item.

• To move to the next phase based on the primary transition, click the Next button.

• To move to another phase transition, expand the list and select a phase.
