Named and concurrent

Named licenses define the maximum number of users that can be assigned a license.

Concurrent licenses define the maximum number of users that can be logged in simultaneously.

Concurrent License consumption is calculated based on user and authentication per tenant:

• If the user logs in from another browser, another session is opened.

• If a user opens multiple sessions on a single browser for the same tenant, the authentication is performed once, and only one license is consumed.

• If a user belongs to multiple tenants, multiple licenses are consumed, from each accessed tenant's license pool, even if the sessions are in the same browser.
