New/Edit Relationship Name dialog box for requests

In the New Relationship Name, create a relationship name for Dimensions CM requests in the current product.

In the Edit Relationship Name dialog box, edit the description of an existing relationship name.

Field Description
Product (Display only) Specified the product in which the relationship name is created.

Class

Select the class of request relationship:

  • Dependent. A request is dependent on another request for closure.

  • Information. A request is related to other requests for information purposes only.

When editing a relationship name, you cannot change its class.
ID Enter a unique name for the relationship.
