New Request/Open Request dialog box

In the New Request dialog box, you create a Dimensions CM request.

In the Open Request dialog box, you can view the details of a Dimensions CM or external request, modify the request's attributes, and add or delete file attachments.

Note: To use external requests, you need to create them in the relevant request provider instance, such as OpenText ALM Octane or Atlassian Jira, and map the instance to Dimensions CM. For details, see Configure request providers.
